Why oh why am I still waiting for a home? My name is Lucky but lately I'm not feeling that way. I've been waiting for someone to choose me since June. I'm about 2 years old and was a stray who had a litter of kittens. My babies all found a home but I'm still here.

Some of you may have seen the photo on the right posted in various groups looking for a rescue to help. One of our supporters and a few volunteers saw it and reached out to see if we could take. Now named Kiri, approx 4-5 months old and after a full exam, bloodwork and x-rays we now know she has several broken ribs. Kiri is timid but friendly and good with other cats. She tested negative for FIV and leukemia.

Kiri is going to a foster home for about a month and then the vet will re-x-ray her to check on how things are healing. If all good she will be spayed and ready for a home
