Another day, another community event! (We value our relationship with our clients and community, after all 😉)

This time, Dr. Kaser got to strut his stuff for the Animal Rescue League of Boston's "Strike a Paws" fashion show.

The goal? To support the Animal Rescue League and educate the community on how we, along with countless others, work together to find adoptable pets amazing homes, and keep those pets still looking healthy and happy until they find their forever home.

It was an amazing turnout, and we are honored we got to take part in such an incredible afternoon.

This weekend, our very own Dr. Kaser and manager, Carley, had the honor of joining an extraordinary panel of people who make a difference in others’ lives every single day. With Dr. Kaser moderating, we heard Carley share the beautiful story of her daughter Ariana and how Emerald Hollow Therapeutic Riding Center gave her the chance to simply be a kid during the later stages of her life, something truly priceless.

We also had the privilege of hearing from the dedicated team behind Emerald Hollow, whose work with veterans and individuals with disabilities is nothing short of inspiring, as well as the incredible folks at Mills River Rescue and Sanctuary, where not just horses, but donkeys, ponies, and plenty of other lucky animals, find safety and care. Yes, the animals get saved, but so do the humans they get to create a bond with, Mills River makes sure of that.

The compassion, grit, and heart behind these organizations deserve all the recognition (and maybe a standing ovation or two). We at BVH feel so grateful to have been part of this experience, helping shine a light on the powerful, everyday impact of equine healing. Horses heal, we’ve always believed that. Now you get to see it for yourself.

And if you haven’t seen the film yet… consider this your gentle nudge (okay, maybe a firm one 😉).

Dr. Kaser will be moderating this special event for such an important cause. One of the people he will be interviewing on the panel is our office manager, Carley, whose late daughter Ariana was a frequent at Emerald Hollow. Hear how this amazing center, along with countless others, not only helped her, but help countless others across communities. Bring some tissues and come hang out with us. Horses heal, we know this, let us all share the stories. We hope to see you there.

Today at 1 pm, at Cape Cinema Dennis Ma., we will be showing the short documentary film, HOW HORSES HEAL. Following the film, will be a panel of amazing people from the film along with our special guest moderator, Dr. Bill Kaser!
