Appointments are encouraged. You can sign up on our website or stop by the shelter to register in person. Shelter hours are from 12-4pm Tuesday through Friday.

🎄🐾 Christmas in July is here! 🐾🎄

Come visit us at Whaling Days in Silverdale this weekend and celebrate a little holiday magic in the middle of summer!

Be sure to stop by and check out our cat-themed Christmas tree, it’s decorated with lots of love (and plenty of purr-sonality)!
While you’re there, don’t forget to take one of our ornaments home as a special keepsake.

If you feel like vet costs have outpaced inflation over the past decade, you are absolutely right. Studies estimate that vet costs have increased by 40 to 60 percent over the past 10 years.

Neutering a male cat at a private vet in Kitsap County can cost $600 or more. Spaying a female is about twice that cost. Is it any wonder so many cats do not get sterilized?

Our planned clinic for low income cat owners will increase the availability of low-cost options for spay-neuter services, vaccinations, and preventative care.
