Our goal is always to provide the utmost quality of care and compassion to our patients. Our patients are the heartbeat that keeps our team dedicated and excited to come to work every day. Our holiday business hours are as follows:

Business hours during Christmas:

December 24th: 8:00am-1:00pm
December 25th (Christmas): CLOSED
December 26th: 8:00am-5:00pm (regular business hours)
Business hours during New Year's:

December 31st: 8:00am-3:00pm
January 1st (New Years): CLOSED
January 2nd: 8:00am-5:00pm (regular business hours)

Meet Adrienne!
She started working at Otterside in April of this year as a veterinary technician. She has two cats at home, Lucy and Dolly and soon to have a puppy as well! Adrienne grew up in Orwell and has loved animals of all kinds ever since she can remember. She has helped raise many bottle calf’s over the years and is always caring for animals, whether they’re hers or not! In her free time you may find her at a car show/event, plant shopping, or going antiquing with her mom Kelly.
