Best of luck to all the youth hunters out there making memories! That being said after the excitement of harvesting your deer the work comes in. Very important to take care of your cape to insure that you can get the best mount possible. Here’s some reference on where you need to make cuts when caping your deer. Also keep cold and dry or freeze until you can get it to your taxidermist.
