Because taking care of the people doing the work IS part of taking care of the animals! Please share this with your rescue friends and teams.

Join A Home For Every Horse on October 13 for a Rescue Wellness Call focused on compassion fatigue, how to recognize the signs in ourselves and our teams, understand its impact, and find ways to support one another.

Going In Style is embracing our cooler mornings and starting to darken up😍 He has been with us since January and has been rehabilitated from a sesamoid fracture. He’s got the best mindset for a trail horse, game for anything you throw his way. He does crib and is a good candidate to remain in front shoes, but don’t let that deter you on this tall dark and handsome guy!

Equestrian Inc. was visited today by the Gaither Navy ROTC cadets. They did a great job of pulling down all of the vines that had grown up over our fences. Everyone had a good time especially one of our horses who felt he had to inspect every wheelbarrow. Thanks so much all cadets and to Senior Chief Cason who made it all happen. You are all welcome back anytime.

Never too early to start learning.

Faction Cat exploring something new today! To no surprise, he figured out feet placement and balance pretty quick. He’s still available for adoption!

Here’s another alum, “Bandero,” that was only with us a few days before being adopted and went to live with Tuscan Thunder. He is a happy boy loving being back to work! He was one of our biggest!🥰
