Ok gotta Vent !!! I have tried to NOT SAY ANYTHING…. But I’m FED UP TO THE MAX!!!
I have come to realize that people lately HAVE NO COMPASSION or CONSIDERATION for my grooming/ nail trims I offer in YOUR HOME. I HAVENT RAISED my prices in the 7 years I’ve been offering my in YOUR HOME SERVICES for your Furbabies, however with the ABUNDANCE of RESCHEDULING/ CANCELING LESS THEN 12 hours from apt that is booked . IM LEFT NO CHOICE NOW…. So if u reschedule/ cancel Your appointment ( knowing your appointment 1 month ahead ongoing clients)& the ones that book days/ weeks ahead I WILL NO LONGER ACCEPT U as a client. Bc THIS IS MY ONLY INCOME!!!!
Being a SMALL BUSINESS there is DAILY ongoing COST - ie: gas usage,travel time to / from u, cost for supplies( blade sharpening/ upkeep , treats,misc equipment,towels/shampoo & then the cost of laundry services that all come out of the small reasonable fees i do charge . * example * nail trim $25 fee =-$10 gas ( if u are within 10 miles of my location) - $ 5 for supplies/equipment wear/tear =$10 excess for my travel time and time to do the job( job time 15-30 mins each ( depending on furbabies cooperation )if more then 10 miles from my location the excess i have goes WAY DOWN . ***Just to Show how it breaks down from my charge to what im left with …( income i am trying to survive on with ones that keep their appointments )****
I turn others away bc I’m booked and then get a reschedule/ cancellation ONLY AFTER I CONFIRM DAY B-4 and LOOSE INCOME.
I UNDERSTAND an Emergency CAN ARISE , however I CANT AFFORD TO LOOSE ANY OF MY INCOME, especially when it an ongoing issue for me.
I am the type that would BEND OVER BACKWARDS for your furbaby & u …. But I AM TIRED OF BEING TREATED as my services DON’T MATTER FULLY ALONG WITH MY COMMUNICATION that is ALSO ON POINT.
Nothing PI**ES ME OFF MORE than to see your furbaby / furbabies SUFFER bc YOU DIDNT KEEP YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT!

My PRICES are EXTREMELY REASONABLE & my LOVE FOR FURBABIES IS OVER THE TOP IN CARE , but THE INCONSIDERATION IM BEING SHOWN STOPS NOW!!!!
For ALL that have SUPPORTED ME & Are LOYAL FRIENDS I APPRECIATE U 100% & THANK U FOR THIS ONGOING DEDICATION!!!
