Haskins, OH
Tontogany, OH
Whitehouse, OH
Monclova, OH
Maumee, OH
Rossford, OH
Holland, OH
Swanton, OH
The following locations have limited options;
Some parts of Perrysburg, Toledo and Sylvania OH and some parts of MI. The

following is a summary of the Terms and Conditions:
1. Be prepared to pay either end of your dog’s price range, there is a fee for any groom over 2-hours.
2. For your dog’s safety and your groomer’s safety please be sure to have updated vaccinations. Will need to have them available on request from groomer in case of injury or suspension of illness.
3. If it is an area you can possibly be hurt in, you’re more than likely not supposed to be there due to liability purposes.
4. Humanity over vanity. We do not want our services to be associated with pain. You don’t brush it, we shave it.
5. Read the automated text. Confirm your grooming appointment. The end of the automated text will always have the same message.
6. Groomer will not arrive for unconfirmed grooming appointments. Give at least 48 hours’ advance notice of rescheduling, canceling or any changes.

That’s why current vaccination records are required every single year and must be submitted using the Current Client Vaccination Record Form on our website.

This system isn’t optional. It ensures safety, compliance, and smooth scheduling.

🐶 Your role is clear: upload vaccination records online yourself, not hand them over at the door, text, or mention them verbally. Groomers don’t manually track or input these records.

When records are missing or expired, it causes delays and safety risks.

📣 Attention Vroom Grooms Clients! Important Vaccination Policy Update 🐾
To keep every pup safe and our schedule running smoothly, all current clients MUST upload their dog’s vaccination records to the Current Client Vaccination Record Form on our website.
✨ Handing them to the groomer, texting them, or bringing them the day of does NOT count.
✨ It is the owner’s responsibility — not the groomer’s — to upload and maintain current records.

🚫 Missing or Outdated Records = $50 Fee
If your dog’s records are not uploaded before your appointment, a $50 fee will be added — even if you bring them in person.

⏰ Last-Minute Cancellation Due to Missing Records
If missing/expired records cause a cancellation within 48 hours, an additional $50 late‑cancellation fee applies.
These policies protect your dog, other pets, and the business. Thank you for helping keep grooming safe, smooth, and stress‑free for everyone.
