I am delighted to express my appreciation to the Arkansas Goat Producers for their warm hospitality and professionalism at the Diamonds at the Rock Show in Little Rock. We were thrilled to see Sweet Baby James excel. Although my granddaughter and James had only recently met, they quickly adapted to each other, overcoming initial hurdles. James has earned the distinction of permanent Grand Champion.

The judges faced a formidable task, selecting from an impressive array of exceptional animals.

Notwithstanding James' relatively limited showing experience compared to some competitors, Madison and James demonstrated remarkable poise, aside from a few discourteous remarks.

We want to extend our gratitude to Fairly Farms (Lisa Grinstead) for affording us the opportunity to purchase James and providing him with a strong start. We also appreciate Hunter Hoover's advice on addressing James' 'runaway' starts, as James transitions into 'work' mode upon leaving the gate and not “show” mode. And thank you to my daughter, Stephanie Harris, for her assistance between rings with both her daughters showing.
