Do you love dogs, enjoy working outdoors, and take pride in doing a job right without someone looking over your shoulder? Turd Nerd is looking for a reliable, self-motivated team member to join our growing company!

Pay & Benefits
✅ Full-time, Monday-Friday
✅ Starting wage: $16-$18 per hour
✅ $200 bonus at Christmas + $200 bonus in February
✅ Work outdoors every day
✅ Independent work environment
✅ Spend your days meeting and playing with awesome dogs

What We're Looking For
🐕 Must love dogs
☀️ Enjoy working outdoors in all seasons
🚗 Clean driving record required
✅ Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy
✅ Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
✅ Strong attention to detail
Physical Requirements
• Active, physically demanding position
• Must be able to bend, squat, and stoop repeatedly throughout the day (bucket/rake)
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds
• Must be comfortable walking on uneven terrain and working outdoors in varying weather conditions

Job Responsibilities
• Start and end each workday at our office near Fairview & Liberty in Boise
• Drive provided company vehicle
• Use our mobile app to navigate your route, send "on the way" notifications, and complete service records
• Thoroughly scoop and remove dog waste from customer yards
• Ensure all gates are properly secured before leaving each property
• Take and upload gate verification photos
• Sanitize and maintain equipment between each stop
• Drive safely and professionally between stops
• Deliver the clean, dependable service our customers expect
