Meet Pirate 🐾 he came by last week for a visit last week to get his international health certificate with Dr. Belekdanian. Can he get any cuter?!?! Even though it was a rainy day and he was a bit wet from the rain, he was still very relaxed and happy at our hospital. 😍

Not necessarily! All suspicious lumps and bumps should be assessed to determine if they are benign or malignant. Cancerous dermal tumors may be localized and treated to prevent internal spreading. Bring your dog in for a non-invasive HT Vista scan if you notice lumps and bumps. In fewer than 5 minutes we can determine if your dog’s lump needs treatment.

Dermal tumors are located in your pet’s skin. They often appear firm, raised, and attached to the skin.

Subcutaneous tumors are located beneath the skin in the fat layer and connective tissue and are usually softer and more moveable than dermal tumors.

These tumors can appear anywhere on your dog’s body but are commonly located in the trunk, limbs, neck, and face. If you spot any of these lumps and bumps on your dog, bring them in for a non-invasive HT Vista scan.

Vaccinations play a vital role in protecting your pet from preventable diseases at every life stage.

Puppies and kittens need a full series of initial vaccines, while adult pets require regular boosters to maintain immunity. Senior pets may need adjusted vaccine schedules based on their health and lifestyle.

Regular veterinary visits help ensure your pet stays current on vaccinations for a longer, healthier life!
