🚨 Boerne Market Days Vendor Update 🚨

Please note: The Vendor Contract is mandatory for all participants.

A signed and completed contract is required before any booth space is assigned or considered confirmed no exceptions.

If you are a returning or regular vendor and planning on joining us again, this contract must still be filled out in order to secure your spot for upcoming markets.

We appreciate every vendor who helps make our market successful and organized. This process ensures fairness, consistency, and smooth operations for everyone involved.

Our goal is to provide a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for our customers, vendors, downtown businesses, and the community. By signing this agreement, vendors acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with the following policies.

A little morning rain never stopped Texas grit! The light showers should be moving out just in time for Boerne Market Days, and our incredible vendors are already hard at work getting everything ready for you.

Behind every booth is a dream. ❤️

It’s the early alarm clocks, loading up trailers before sunrise, hauling tents and tables, setting up displays piece by piece, standing in the Texas heat, sharing handmade creations, and packing it all back up at the end of the day. Small businesses pour their hearts, savings, time, and countless hours into what they do and today, they’re counting on this community to show up.

So grab your coffee, bring the family, stroll the Plaza, and shop small. Every purchase, every share, every kind word means more than you know. You’re not just buying a product you’re supporting a family, a dream, and the people who make Boerne so special.

What an incredible day at Boerne Market Days! Thank you to everyone who came out to shop small, support local, grab a bite to eat, dance to the music, and spend part of your weekend with us. We couldn’t do this without our amazing vendors and this wonderful community. 🛍️🎶✨

🚗🎸 BOERNE MARKET DAYS PARKING ADVISORY 🎸🚗

To help make setup and shopping as smooth as possible, please review our parking guidelines for this weekend!

📦 VENDOR PARKING
• Vendors may park at Boerne Middle School North and the parking lot next to it.
• 🚫 Vendors are NOT permitted to park in Dinger’s parking lot.
• We have designated 30-minute loading zones on each side of the Plaza for unloading only.
• Vendor vehicles must be moved immediately after unloading.
• 🚫 No street parking around the Plaza after 10:00 AM.
• 🚫 No parking along the Plaza.
• 🚫 No parking in fire lanes, private parking lots, or blocking driveways.

⚠️ We truly do not want to sticker vehicles, but if a vehicle is identified as a vendor vehicle parked in restricted areas, you may receive a NOT SO EASY to remove violation sticker on your windshield.

🛍️ VISITOR PARKING
Visitors are welcome to park along the Plaza and anywhere the City has designated FREE public parking on a first-come, first-served basis!

📍 Popular Free Parking Locations:
• Boerne Visitors Center – 282 N. Main St.
• City Hall
• Patrick Heath Public Library – 451 N. Main St.
• River Road Parking Lot (near The Dodging Duck)

❗ Important Reminder:
The Richter Lot (153 S. Main St.) is privately owned and requires paid parking. Failure to pay may result in towing or citations.

🅿️ City surface lots and on-street parking are also free after 5 PM Monday–Friday, as well as all day on weekends and city-recognized holidays.
