💙Dog training tip of the week💙
-when dogs are greeting eachother, a leash to leash or better known as nose to nose greeting can be considered very rude in the dog world. I’m some cases it can even lead to an aggressive reaction from one of the dogs. In order to keep your puppy feeling confident and calm, be sure when they greet another dog if possible..they are in neutral territory and not greeting on leash!

Our booking platform recently released a security update to make your browsing experience safer (yay!) which has resulted in some clients not being able to get into their accounts (boo!). If this is happening to you, please try the following steps to get back in:

🐾 Log in and log out (we know, we know). But seriously, this may help your account be upgraded to the system if it didn't happen automatically.
🐾 Reset your password OR login with your Mindbody password, depending on the prompt. There may be a few extra requests after this you can follow.

Still not in? Give us a 📱call, ✉️ email or 👐 stop by! We've got some tricks up our sleeves to help reset your password and get you logged in.

Fireworks can be a nightmare for our furry best friends. 😔 Let's make sure they feel secure:

Create a den: Set up a cozy, quiet spot away from windows.

Drown out the noise: Use white noise, a fan, or calming music.

Walk them early: Get their last potty break in before the fireworks start.

Never leave them alone outside.

Check their ID: Make sure tags and microchip info are up-to-date, just in case.
Stay safe and enjoy the celebrations responsibly! ✨🐶
