Aspen update, she is still missing please report sightings if you see her. Every sighting is mapped. Calls and texts welcome. If she is being seen by many people all at once, it is hard to answer all the calls as they are all coming in at the same time. I try to answer as fast and many as I can, if I send you a rejection text please be patient, I will call you back. The information I need is Date, Time, Location, Direction of travel, Injured?

Aspen has crossed busy roads many times, please drive with caution. Again, do not engage with her. She will not come to anyone. If you see her just ignore her. I have witnessed a few people running down the street after her. You will not catch her. She will stop in the road and look at you like she is willing to come to you, as soon as you open your door she will run. This only puts her in danger, she is busy running from you and not watching her surroundings. Chasing or Engageing with Aspen will cause her to be hit by a car. I have noticed her feet are also getting sore.

You will notice the roadside signs will be gone. We are pulling them prior to the incoming blizzard. They will be put back out once the plows are finished clearing the roads. With new snow coming please watch your properties for new dog tracks passing through. If she is sheltering on your property, please leave her be and call me. Thanks.

Bringing hope to our shelter each magical night.
