✨MEET THE OWNER, ELLEN! ✨

"Hi, I am Ellen, the owner of Ellen's Dog Grooming! I just want to start by saying thank you to all of you that have supported me over the years and allowed me this blessed opportunity to do what I love each and every day! ❤️ I've been in the pet industry for over 40 years! 🐶 My first job was working at Scott's Boarding Kennel. I worked there my senior year of high school! The owner of Scott's Boarding Kennel's mother is the one I need to thank for getting me interested in dog grooming. Going to school in Chicago was the best choice I have ever made! 📚✂️

I have worked in Bloomington/Normal for many years! Two veterinary offices, a couple private groomers, and PetCo for 10 1/2 years. I have had my own business for 9 years now and I love it and am so blessed! 🥹 I have volunteered at Ruby's Rescue to help give dogs the haircuts they need, I love doing it! I would like to say when we groom your fur baby we become so attached to the dog, it is like they become our dog for the day! 🫶🏼 I am forever thankful for the friendships I have made along the way with many clients, my heart hurts just like yours when our puppies cross the rainbow bridge! ❤️‍🩹 Next, I want to thank my staff for all that they do! They work hard and make sure all the fur babies are looking good when they leave! Without my staff and our amazing clients none of this would be possible! 🐾❤️

Lastly, when I do get some me time I enjoy relaxing, listening to music, and talking walks! And of course snuggling with my dogs Pearl and Holly! ❤️ (swipe to see a picture!)
