A friendly reminder from your local small business. 🐾

Last-minute cancellations and no-call, no-shows don’t just leave an empty appointment—they impact our small business and the hardworking groomers who depend on those appointments for their income.

We’ve been very understanding with our 24-hour cancellation policy, but many grooming salons require deposits or a credit card on file to help protect their employees and their business.

In the near future, we will begin enforcing our current cancellation policy and requiring a credit card on file to secure appointments.

Last week we said goodbye to one of our very special daycare family members, sweet Brodie. 💙🌈

Brodie was a staff favorite from the very beginning. If you knew him, you knew that one ball was never enough—our team always made sure he had at least two carry and proudly show off. His goofy personality, happy spirit, and love for play brought smiles to everyone who had the pleasure of spending time with him.

The daycare just won’t be the same without our big guy. We are so grateful for the memories, the laughter, and the unconditional joy he shared with us.

Run free across the Rainbow Bridge, Brodie. We hope there are endless tennis balls, wide open fields, and sunny days waiting for you. You will always have a place in our hearts and will be deeply missed.
