Another 1st in the books... Ms Kitty and I went and worked at my first cow horse schooling show this weekend. Kitty is a skilled veteran, and had plenty to teach me. It was an experience ill never forget. Lots to learn, and work on but we make a pretty good team!

Today my darling sweetie mare went to her new owners house along with her little colt. After 7.5 years of love, screaming, enjoyment and frustration I have such great memories of this mare as well as so much learned with her. She was the first horse i broke out myself, she is a great momma and a truly wonderful team player and partner. While I will surely miss this love of mine she is going to an incredible family who loves her, and spoils her just as much. Its these reasons that I am passionate about ensuring my horses find good homes. This for me is not just "any" horse. See you on the trails.....

One of the biggest issues we encounter living in the country is people flying by at 50-70 mph when horses are riding along the road or ditch lines. We educate our riders and have a process before just sending them to the road for exposure. They are taught and educated on their end regarding safety of road and trail riding but Even the VERY best horses/riders can have a bad day!!! Common courtesy. Please slow down.
