Some exciting news today!! All 3 registered boer does are pregnant and due to deliver between december-february and 2/3 with twins!! The boys are sooo excited! Thank you Dr. Abby for coming to ultrasound them.

🎉Foaling Services Available for 2025-2026🎉
With the uncertainty of the winters here in the north, be sure to get your mare booked for a warm, dry, comfortable foaling experience in an enclosed barn with plenty of room.
We offer (3) private 12x12 stalls bedded heavily during foaling with shavings and straw to top dress. Each stall has a private turnout run for quality exercise for your mare and foal. All provided with foal safe fencing and 1 tier electric on top.
Cameras are running 24/7 in each stall for monitoring onsite. Owners are onsite to be checking in on your loved 4 legged mare and newest addition.
Quality grass hay, minerals, and quality mare/foal grain provided during each mares stay.
If you would like to come in earlier to ensure your mare handles the stress of a new environment, we offer smaller holding stalls with turnout during the day.
Once the foal arrives, we provide all the post foal routine items such as attaching/latching to mare,naval dips, enemas if needed, temp check, and so much more.
Halter training and leading available for additional cost to ensure when you pick up, that you and your newest foal are safely able to lead and halter.
Clark Acres is a private family ran operation, focusing on AQHA/FQHR breeding program, providing a safe and educated place for mares to foal with quality team of experts onsite and on standby, as well as training trail horses and young weanling/yearling horses to provide a quality foundation.
We also offer rehab, surgery recovery stall rest for horses of all ages during the off season.
We offer tours for those interested, contracts available for your service needs, and most of all, the care is exceptional!!

Another fun part on this farm, is our boys raising their own Boer goat herd. They have finally saved enough to purchase their buck this year, and over the years have bred or purchased their breeding does and future replacement does.
These goats are bred and raised for showing, pets and butcher. The boys have sold off all their dairy herd except 1 wether who will live here forever I think 😆

All breeding stock are purebred registered boers.
This is how the boys contribute, and make some money for future fair animals and save for college while learning responsibility, goat care, feeding programs and more. So be sure to watch for these 2 future farmers and their stock coming to antigo fair and local surrounding counties.

Attention all 4-H families or families interested in joining a low key, fun, goat loving project for your youth.... Our kick off is September 27th from 3-5.
This is for interested families and youth wanting to learn more about the goat project.
It will be informal, fun, games and snacks. If your available to swing in, we would be happy to have you!
Open house style, come as you can. Learn more about 4-H and Goats!! We are a growing project where last year, our project had 28 goats at the fair.
