Effective Tuesday, March 24, 2020, Governor Evers issued a “stay at home” order for the State of Wisconsin in the ongoing efforts to stop the spread of COVID-19 (Coronavirus). In an effort to comply with this order and to protect you, our staff, our families, and our communities, the following changes to our services will be effective immediately.
Our clinic building will be closed to the public however we will still be operating and providing ESSENTIAL veterinary services as needed. What is considered essential? There is not a definitive list as to what services are or are not essential. Therefore, if you currently have a scheduled appointment someone from the clinic will be contacting you to determine how to proceed with your appointment or to reschedule your appointment.
If your pet does need essential care and does need to be seen at the clinic, we are asking that you remain in your vehicle with your pet to maintain social distancing. A clinic employee will come out and get your pet and return your pet to you after the appointment or administer any necessary shots or vaccinations outside. All payments will be processed via a credit card with a phone transaction after your on-site appointment.
If you need to come to the clinic for medications and/or supplies, please call ahead to let us know what you need and we will have it ready for you to pick up outside our front door.
Again, we encourage our Dairy and Beef clients to take advantage of our dropship program and have any medications and supplies needed shipped directly to your farm from our distributor. Please contact the clinic if you need assistance with setting up this program for your farm.
We thank you for your cooperation and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. This is a constantly changing situation and we will do our best to notify you as changes are implemented. If you have any questions or concerns please contact the clinic at 715-449-2843.
