NOW HIRING – Event Crew Member
Monkey Town Inflatables
We’re looking for a dependable, hardworking person to join the Monkey Town Inflatables team!
Starting Pay: $15/hour
Bonuses Available

This position is part-time, but could become full-time depending on your availability, work ethic, and performance.
Requirements:
✅ Must be available to work weekends
✅ Must be able to work early mornings and late nights when needed
✅ Must be willing to work most holidays (our busiest times of the year)
✅ Must have reliable transportation
✅ Must be able to lift and move heavy inflatable equipment
✅ Must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
✅ Must be dependable, punctual, and have a positive attitude
✅ Must be willing to learn and take direction
✅ Must pay close attention to detail and follow directions carefully
✅ Must be a team player and work well with others
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Delivering, setting up, and picking up inflatables
* Loading and unloading trucks and trailers
* Cleaning and maintaining equipment
* Assisting with foam parties, festivals, school events, church events, and private parties
* Representing Monkey Town Inflatables in a professional and friendly manner
Who We’re Looking For:
We’re not necessarily looking for someone with years of experience. We’re looking for someone with a great attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. We can teach the job. We can’t teach reliability, honesty, attention to detail, or teamwork.
The most important thing we’re looking for is someone who can be part of a team. We work long days together, help each other out, and take pride in doing things the right way. If you’re not a team player, this probably isn’t the job for you.
