Good morning,
Been a busy week and it’s not always easy to get a good photo so I took advantage of a quiet Saturday morning and got some.
The flower crew is sweet as ever and are just so happy all the time.
The Italian crew is still spicy. Meatball is my favorite, not just because he is the only long hair of the crew but also because he is slowly learning that humans aren’t so bad. Garlic Knot has no issue telling me that he is the boss and to leave him alone, and the girls, Risotto & Pesto, aren’t quite sure if they trust me yet but getting there slowly.
They all will be with me for awhile but will be adoptable through Animal Resource Center in several weeks, it’s never to early to get pre approved.

When “The Oranges” all found their homes I swore I won’t do 2 litters in separate areas again. It is really a lot of work and time in 2 separate rooms on 2 different floors. But when I was asked to take on 4 spicy kittens and get them socialized I had to think, then I saw they are tabbys, willpower left the room. So… “Oops I did it again”.
Say hello to the Italian crew. Spicy Meatball, Garlic Knot, Risotto, and Pesto. 2 boys and 2 girls. If you remember the Wonder Twins, trapped them across the street and were more spicy than these 4, they were about the same size. I’m just hoping they will adapt as fast as those 2 did, I’m very optimistic. One photo is a Where’s Waldo of the cat type, caption will explain.

Warm weather results and night time chats.
Came home from work and they still wanted to sleep together but not in a pile. Each night as we go to bed I’ll stop and chat with the kids for about 15 minutes, they stop playing and stare at me with the cutest eyes 👀possible, just melts my heart.

Thanks to all for the ideas, you got me started, sometimes it takes a village to name a family haha. SO I decided to go with flowers.
You all already know Hersberry, aka mama. And I’ll put the names for each one with their photos.
It has been a long time, about 7 months, since we had kittens that are already friendly. I forgot how much chaos, as well as fun, they can be. Oh these 3 are a handful, but I’m enjoying every minute again. As you watch them grow remember they will be available for adoption from Animal Resource Center before you know it, so spread the word.

Happy Friday to everyone.
It is time to show the world our new family to foster. Mama, I named her Hersberry because hersberry sweet, got that name from a TikTok video and been waiting for the right one to get this name and that is mama. She is SO chatty, settled in right away as if she has been here all along. I’m convinced she was dumped, she is way to friendly and knows the sound of treats and loves to be held and cuddled. When the kids are fully weaned she will be vetted and ready for adoption in a week or 2. You can reach out to Animal Resource Center and get pre approved for adoption, you will not be disappointed to bring her into your family.
2 kittens were lost in the 1st 24 hours of them being surrendered, the remaining 3 seem to be strong and doing well, even eating their mixture of goat milk and kitten food. Been a long time since I had such active family in here.
Name ideas? I’m thinking, since it is spring time, fruits or flowers. Ideas?

So while I’m waiting for my next set of kids I wanted to share some from my weekly volunteer night. Some new additions from last week, some STILL waiting for their family to walk through the door, and a preview of what’s to come. I will put more words with each photo. I will say here, Minerva is one I saw grow from wanting to come to me but was very shy and unsure to seeing her let me cuddle her shortly before she was adopted. I was there last night when she came back due to no fault of her own, but change in living circumstances the humans, still makes me tear up.
Let’s see how many we can get in their new homes. There are a lot more, but here are some of my favorites…
