Happy Holidays!
We are having a mini-photo shoot for pets this Saturday, December 10th, anytime between 11am- 4pm.
Appointments are not needed, but you do have to contact us for the address.
It is $20.00 cash at the door, for up to two pets per shoot, and you will receive 5 edited photo via email within 3 days after the shoot.

Tips before you head out on a **WINTER HIKE** with your pup!
KNOW YOUR DOG!
Rule of thumb if humans get cold, so do dogs. Obviously different breeds have different needs but here are some indicators that your pooch might be cold.
• incessant whining/ barking without reason (besides them say “hey owner I’m cold”)
• constant stopping/ slowing down
• SHIVERING…
• looks, seems, or is acting anxious
• looking/pulling for a shelter
• very cold paws, nose, ears, and/or tip of tail
• discoloration of paws, nose, ears, and/or tip of tail (could be an early sign of frostbite)
1. Protect fur babies feet.
Use a quality paw wax to deter snow and ice from clinging to paws and fur.
Dog booties are super useful for those extra cold days! I know it might seem stupid to put shoes on dogs for some, because they come from the great wolf, but we have domesticated and bred a lot of good qualities out of our dogs. And we just want what is best for our buddies!
2. Coats/ Jackets/ Sweaters
I always bring a sweater and a heavier coat when I’m hiking in the winter with Bug. She’s never needed more than her sweater, but I’d rather be prepared. I let her tell me if she needs/wants an extra layer on or off.
Knowing if/when your dog is overheating in their outerwear is also extremely important when hiking in winter.
3. Be careful around bodies of water. They might seem frozen, but they might not be.
4. All living things still need hydration in winter. Don’t forget to pack water, silly.
5. ALWAYS bring a First Aid Kit!
