As we get closer to completing the paving of our driveway and with construction moving right along, we’re excited to prepare our staff and facility for welcoming our wonderful clients back in full swing. 🤞
At Bend Pet Resort, we take great pride in the level of care we provide, and that starts with being very selective about who joins our team.
Here’s what we’re looking for in our next team member:
1. A genuine passion for dogs and cats — you must truly love being around animals.
2. Preparedness for a physically active role; this work keeps you on your feet.
3. Dependability is essential — showing up on time, every time.
4. Willingness to keep up a steady pace during both our busiest days and slower moments.
5. A team player who goes above and beyond, especially for the animals entrusted to us.
6. Patience and a gentle touch with all our furry guests.
7. Consistent productivity to ensure daily tasks and responsibilities are thoroughly completed.
8. Availability to work during holidays, as these are some of our busiest times.
9. The ability to stay present and focused, meaning minimal distractions from cell phones.
10. Confidence and capability in handling dogs of all sizes on a leash.
Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who takes accountability for their work and brings a positive, caring attitude every day.
