Due to increased demands and inconvenience caused by no-shows and last minute cancellations, we have a No-show and Late cancelation fee Policy.

If it is necessary to cancel your scheduled appointment, we ask that you call our office within normal business hours and give us a 24 hour notice. Reschedules or cancellations after the 24 hour window, same day cancelations, and no-shows will result in a $40 fee.

Appointments are in high demand, and your early cancellation will allow another patient access to timely veterinary care.

If you are running late to your scheduled appointment, please notify our office at 254-799-0808 before your scheduled time. We will notify you at that time if we are able to accommodate a late arrival in a timely fashion with a $25 late fee (if 20 minutes or more that your scheduled appointment) If you show 20 minutes or later without a call you will be considered a no show.

Holiday season is coming up. Please make sure your pets are fully vaccinated before traveling/ boarding them. Please come see Dr. Folsom and Dr.Bielamowicz to have your pets taken care of! Also do not forget starting next week we will be open Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:30pm!

Looking for something to do next Saturday? Come to Moody and have fun at a stick horse rodeo. All participants get awards. Age groups for all ages ( including adults) Stick horses provided to use if you don't have one. Come out next Saturday at 10 am and have some fun and help a McLennan County young lady represent Team USA in Australia this summer. You can also get a picture with her and one of her horses as well as an autograph . This will be held at Can-Do Pizza & Wings located in Moody at the corner of Hwy 317 and 107. Come out and have some fun!

Tomorrow we will have a SUPRISE party for Dr Tamra Walthall's retirement. Please join us from 3 to 6 ( come and go as you please) to help her celebrate. She is currently still the owner so you may see her from time to time but she is going to enjoy some much deserved time to enjoy life! We do still have Dr Folsom on staff so don't worry.... we will still take care of you. BTW she is BLOCKED from this page for the next 24 hours!!
