The NorthWest Therapeutic Riding Center is a Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship International Premier Accredited center, located in Whatcom County, in Western Washington. There is strict adherence to the highest national standards of safety of its participants.

It has been a tradition throughout the years to have a new t-shirt color each year.
This means if you've been with us for a while, you probably have a rainbow of NWTRC t-shirts 🌈

Now it is time to test your NWTRC t-shirt knowledge!

🎓Please join us in congratulating our WWU grads!

We are thrilled to share that two program interns and one instructor-in-training have graduated from Western Washington University.

Sara, Sage, and Reese were out at the farm multiple days per week during the spring, helping to support NWTRC’s adaptive horsemanship and riding lessons. We are very proud of the educational accomplishments and grateful to have had the opportunity to have them working in our program.

Thank you for your dedication to our mission and program. Happy trails!

The 28th Rider Cup Benefit Golf Tournament features a shotgun start and a four-person team scramble (best ball from tee to hole). Prizes and Trophies are awarded for Low Gross, Closest to the Pin, Longest Drive, and Corporate 'Rider Cup' Trophy. Registration includes golf cart and BBQ meal after the round.

Sign up for our upcoming workshop in collaboration with Animals as Natural Therapy! This unique opportunity to deepen your connection with people and animals, develop horsemanship skills, and build community is open to the public, for adults (ages 18 and up).
