Losing a horse is never easy, but this one hurts worse than most. Loki was the first horse to join our herd after we became a dedicated rescue facility in February of 2023. He was underweight, covered in rain rot, and had undiagnosed cushings disease (some before photos shared below). He flourished with us and has been the MVP of our community summer camps each year. His loss will be felt deeply by everyone who loved him.

Thank you for taking care of so many kiddos during your few years with us. We love you so much, big guy, and we wish there was more we could have done. Rest easy up there. 🤍

Congratulations to Gwen and Kevin Williams with New Ground Foundation on their adoption of Buck and Beau! We have absolutely loved caring for these two sweet guys while y’all have finished construction, and we are so excited to see all the incredible work you will do for our community when you officially open your doors!

The boys couldn’t be in better hands! They are so happy with their new home, and they are surrounded by people who are excited to care for them. We sure will miss them!
