Officially introducing our “SURPRISE” Litter. Story who is one of our biggest ultra girls was in heat a couple months ago while I was out of town with my family. While I was gone she was being tested at a clinic. They suggested breeding right when I got back so we had it scheduled to have her be dropped off as soon as I got home. Baylor came over and they honeymooned then I checked her progesterone and she was too low. So for a week I continued to check it and it never got above a 7 then she just stopped bleeding. Based on what I had read I assumed she was having a split heat so I sent her home. Last week her guardian contacted me and thought she was showing signs of pregnancy. Sure enough she was pregnant with 5 babies! I have never experienced this in over 10 years of breeding but it couldn’t have come at a better time given I had missed on a litter from another girl. These babies will be larger than I have had in a while so if you are wanting bigger now is your chance. Tris are all girls and reds are boys.

I wanted to clarify after my last post. I have had a lot of challenges this past year but I have also had many many wonderful things also. My first grandbaby was born in November and she brings me so much joy. She comes to my house at least 1 day a week and already loves all the puppies. I also met an incredible man who loves dogs and puppies probably as much as I do 😊 And this past week we had a pleasant surprise and found out a girl that I was sure couldn’t have been pregnant was. According to my machine she never ovulated but we welcomed a gorgeous litter of 5 medium size babies this weekend. More details to come in the next post 🤗

UPDATE!! I wanted to post a personal update. I had posted earlier last year about my struggles and wanted to update about what’s been going on for the past year. As I mentioned last year I went through a divorce after 22 years (literally half my life). I remained in our home until it sold carrying most of the mortgage by myself for 9 months. That was last year already being a tough year with smaller litters and losses etc. In September we finally sold the house and I bought my first home alone. I’ve since spent the past 11 months completely remodeling my new house mostly alone including building my entire kitchen and bathroom cabinets from scratch, backsplash, replacing all flooring on the main level, lighting among many other smaller projects. I’ve had to start over on my puppy spaces. I left an amazing setup I had built. All while also helping my older kids build their kitchen cabinets. My youngest tore her ACL 3 months after us moving and had to have surgery in December. It has been extremely overwhelming doing all this on my own for the first time. It’s been A LOT! I have recently dealt with backstabbing from breeders I considered to be good friends. Whom I have helped build their programs with offering my amazing dogs. I lost a guardian dog last year. I just found out a couple weeks another guardian missed a cycle. I am very small and only have a few adult girls so these are all HUGE losses as it’s my sole income now and how I provide for myself and my youngest. Regardless I will continue doing what I do best. Being kind and helpful to others and producing the cutest and most amazing puppies out there! I appreciate those who do support me and my business more than you know!! Sarah

Rumor’s babies are 6 1/2 weeks and will be heading out before long. I won’t lie I wasn’t as big of a fan of chocolate before because most I’d seen were lighter and faded more but these babies sure have changed my mind. Aren’t they stunning?!?! And the blue eyes on Twix 😍

I have a new litter of tiny f1b Cavapoos that I co-own with a breeder friend. Here is a sneak peek of one of the boys. The rest are Blenheim. These will be the tiniest we have had. Mom is a gorgeous 12 lb tuxedo and dad is a 6 lb red toy poodle.
