Our Sissy girl is home now! She’s doing so much better, but not out of the woods! She’s on meds to help clot her blood so her red blood cells will quit dropping, antibiotics Incase it’s some weird infection, & steroids to help her body heal. So they are hoping this was just a side affect of the medication Zenrelia, which we switched to a year ago instead of the Apoquel for her chronic itching (allergy to dust mites).
We of course stopped the Zenrelia & are hoping over time she improves. We will recheck her blood work next week!

They had me scared to death she was dying of some weird cancer they couldn’t see on imaging!! Of course we can’t rule that out just yet but after reading about the side effects of Zenrelia, I feel hopeful our Sissy will recover in time. 🙏🏼

Please pray for our Sissy. She’s not feeling well & staying over night at the hospital for more testing. She’s anemic & bleeding somewhere internally. She’s my first baby girl & the glue that keeps us all together. We’re not ready to say good bye just yet. Please pray for our family as we try to find out what’s going on with our Sissy Sue.

This was difficult for me to read as I was constantly wiping away pouring tears!

Knowing these auctions help raise funds to give a child with a terminal illness the experience of fly fishing — and create memories that mean so much to these families — makes it incredibly special to be a small part of it. Supporting something that brings hope, joy, and unforgettable moments like in this story is an incredible honor & can’t wait to do it again next year!!

1 black female 1 black male 1 silver male 1 chocolate female & 1 charcoal male! Our first time Momma & babies are doing great!
