Meet Ruby Roo.. she is an owner surrender to the shelter.. she came to us with an ear infection, an eye ulcer and was infested with fleas!!! She has an issue with her tongue and eating.. so she needs softer or small morsel food .. I am considering allowing her to be adopted, however because she has some special needs I will be VERY picky about who can adopt her.
