So Yall our gourmet mushroom grow kits are quite large. They are for the serious mushroom lover. If you want to spread the mushrooms out a bit here is a fun way to do it.

Simply keep the block in the fridge and remove enough to stuff in something smaller like these mugs or a small flower pot (without a hole at the bottom). Cover for the first few days with plastic wrap or a transparent lid. Then just spray like you would the larger grow kits.

The grift is strong with all of the affiliates out there. They are making the most outrageous claims about Lions mane. I want to be clear. There are definite benefits to incorporating this mushroom into your life but they are subtle and felt over time with consistent use:
