Our grow kits are so large you will need this recipe to prepare the mushrooms so they can be properly stored for later. After cooking simply refrigerate to freeze. When ready add them to any dish you can think of. They are great in stir fry, on pizza or doused in BBQ as a Sloppy Lion Joe.
