When we asked the team what they love about our practice managers, these are just some of the things they had to say about what makes Brittany and Alexis so amazing!

Brit and Alexis truly are our fearless leaders. They put so much time, effort, and care into making South Austin Cat Hospital the best it can be for our staff, clients, and patients. Whether it is by covering a shift, answering a question, or simply lending a listening ear, both of them are always ready to jump in and help where they are needed so that the clinic runs smoothly. Brittany and Alexis' dedication, compassion, and kindness inspire us every day to be our best selves for you and your kitties, and we're so grateful to have them at the helm.

Josie has come SUCH a long way since her first visit at South Austin Cat Hospital! We found a treat she likes and she didn't even need sedation for her exam. She ate during sample collection and even let Dr. Thomas cuddle her while we got her urine.

We love to see fear free handling and cat friendly practices impacting our patients on a day to day basis. Josie has become less anxious and fearful over time and we are so so happy for her💜💜💜

Kittens for Adoption!!

Sweet Pea and Baby Buster were found in July with their mom, dad, and their 5 babies. They’ve been slowing adjusting to their new lives inside and will really require a lot of patience and understanding. These aren’t like normal kittens that want to jump all over you or are comfortable being pet (not yet anyway! ☺️) since they are feral. It’s been a lot of work to get them where they are now, but they have made so much progress since the first day we brought them in! They’ve been inside for almost 4 months now and have really developed quite the personalities!
