Sweet kitty Mazzie Byrd Plays!

This video brought us all to tears! When Mazzie Byrd first came to us, she wouldn't put weight on her front paws, didn't want to play, and was overweight. Dr. Breitreiter performed declaw repair surgery and removed several painful bone fragments from her toes and released damaged tendons. Since then, she has lost weight, begun to play more, and is acting more like the kitty her parents knew before she was declawed. Many thanks to Mazzie's mom for sharing this video with us and reminding us why we do what we do!
