We want to share an important update about the property on Fitzhugh Road. 📣

Fitzhugh Ridge, LLC, an entity established by the Shield-Ayres Foundation, has entered into a contract with Blizexas LLC to purchase the property where the large-scale concert venue was slated to be built. Fitzhugh Ridge and the Foundation share the community’s commitment to protecting this part of the Hill Country.

Because of this, the proposed venue will not be built on this property.

Once the property is transferred to Fitzhugh Ridge, Blizexas will withdraw its Texas Commission on Environmental Quality wastewater permit application that raised significant concerns for neighbors and environmental experts. Three years after neighbors first came together, this outcome reflects steady community involvement and a shared commitment to protecting water quality, roadway safety, and the natural features of the Hill Country.
