This sweet girl’s name is Lunchbox 💔

And right now, she needs us.

Lunchbox was rescued by AjK Family Rescue, and while she’s finally safe, her journey is just beginning. She’s in rough shape. Tired, uncomfortable, and facing extensive medical care to give her the chance at the healthy life she deserves. Vet visits. Treatments. Recovery. It all adds up quickly… but her life is worth it.

Lunchbox update

Sweet Mama Lunchbox went back to the vet today to get some help with her itchy skin and was vaccinated. While at the vet, her teeth were checked, and as you can see from the pics below, her teeth look to be in terrible condition due to either a birth deformity or neglect. Lunchbox will need a full dental and some extractions to help realign her teeth to help her eat and heal better. With such a long healing road ahead of her, a current nearly $1,000 vet bill, and with more vet visits to come for her spay, dental work and heartworm treatment, you all will never know just how grateful we are for your donations during Giving Tuesday. With emergency care costs being so high we have had to already dip into our donation funds to help cover some emergency costs but seeing Lunchbox starting to feel better and taking such good care of her little ones makes everything worth it. This girl is just the sweetest and deserves all good things. We can’t wait to see her after her healing journey.
