Isabelle is a 8 month old female looking for her forever home. Isabelle would do best as an only cat in the home. Isabelle is current on vaccines and is also spayed and microchipped. Isabelle is very shy at first and will hide for a period of time until she warms up and knows she is safe. Isabelle originally was found as a 5 week old kitten in the middle of the road in Schuylkill Haven in the very cold alone shivering clinging to what little bit of hope she had left, hoping someone would find her. Isabelle was picked up and entered care but had to put on some good weight as she was very under weight when she came into our custody. She is a gorgeous girl that has alot to give and offer but would do best as the only pet in the home as she isnt very fond of other cats or dogs. .. if you are interested in giving this beautiful girl a forever home please send us a message

‼️THIS DOG IS NOT IN THE CARE OF CMAR‼️
‼️COURTESY POST ONLY‼️

Meet Milo! 🐾
Milo’s owners are facing a difficult choice of having to surrender him to a rescue, but they are trying everything in their power not to. So with that being said, they are looking for someone who would be able to foster Milo for a month or two.

Milo is a 5-year-old German Shepherd/Husky mix weighing approximately 55 pounds. He is up to date on all vaccines, but is not neutered and has a wellness visit scheduled for June, which his owner will be responsible for taking him to and covering the cost of. Milo’s owner will also provide all food and any other necessities he may need. Milo does fine with cats and children and is a loving, loyal companion. However, he would do best in a home without other dogs.

If you’re interested in temporarily fostering Milo, please reach out to us, ask for Ally and we can give you the families contact information.

We were asked if we can courtesy post this boy. His name is gizmo and he will be turning a year old. He is looking for a new forever home. His current family has had some unfortunate events and circumstances and need to find him a new forever home. He is current on vaccines. His Dad is pit and Mom is Frenchie. Will be 1 in August. He is house broken and he is lovable. If anyone is interested in giving Gizmo a home please send us a message and we will put you in contact with his family. We will be helping the family ensure he is going to the proper home and we will be requiring anyone interested to fill out our application on our website at coalmountain.org and once we do the necessary checks and if everything is good we will then forward the applications that are approved to the owner and she can then pick the best suitable home for gizmo at that time. She just wants him to go to the right home and be loved like she does.
We do not have this dog in our custody and he will remain with the owner until she finds the best suitable home for Gizmo.

Update: Lu and Gertie have left the building this morning for their foster to adopt home and are settling in nicely. They have made themselves right at home... they act like they have lived there their entire lives. The girls are doing great. Here's to bigger and better things ahead... this week both girls will be going to the groomer to get nice hair cuts and be groomed...

We are seeking an emergency foster caregiver for our two canine companions, Gertie and Lu, due to their current foster caregiver's unforeseen work schedule changes requiring extensive travel. We will provide all necessary supplies. These well-behaved girls are looking for either an emergency foster home or a permanent adoptive family, with the option to foster-to-adopt. They are housebroken, crate-trained, and enjoy leisurely activities. A securely fenced yard is preferred. If interested, please contact us via message.
