What a great Thursday for some of our grads! Sales graduate Musical Standard breaks his maiden last night at Charles Town! Training graduate Aladante notches his second win at Hawthorne and Forget Tomorrow is starting to put the pieces together to finish 3rd at Delaware. Congratulations to all the connections!

So excited for this positive change to the sales!

Fasig-Tipton announced today that it will implement changes to the format of the under tack show at next year’s Midlantic May Two-Year-Olds in Training Sale. These changes, centered around eliminating timed workouts and restricting whip use, are designed to better reflect the natural athleticism of the horses, and attract a wider pool of buyers to the marketplace.

R. Marie Farms will have two stalls available July 1! We offer a variety of services to fit your needs.
-Full Care Stall with individual or small group turn out
-Young Horse Turnout
-Rehab
-Young horse starting, we are happy to teach your horse the basics such as leading, tying, bathing and trailering as well as put a solid under saddle foundation on them
-Racehorse training
-Sales prep
We are very hands on and will cater to your horses individual needs. We specialize in thoroughbreds but we are happy to take on any types of horses from show horses, polo ponies to trail riding buddy or anything else in between. What a fun Saturday we had at the Aiken Trials. Our youngest rider ran in her first ever race aboard her pony finishing second! And our two year old filly Love Rocks was all class for her first experience in a racing environment. She finished fourth ( or last depending on how you look at it lol) amongst a good looking group of colts and gained valuable racehorse experience.

Rough And Rowdy ran a great (but heartbreaking) second yesterday. Love this horse and how much heart he has. Hopefully he’ll get them next time.
