Okay, everyone, May 23, 2026 will mark the THIRD year that Dolly has been a resident of Elk Country. I'm asking everyone to please, please share this girl's post and information. We would love to see her land a Furever Family before that anniversary date!

A little about Dolly.....Dolly has been with us since May of 2023. What we learned from her former adopters is that Dolly is very high energy, has quite the prey drive and is not a fan of small dogs, cats or other small critters. Due to this prey drive, Dolly requires a fully fenced in yard with an owner who understands her energy and how to manage her prey drive through lots of activity and interaction. Dolly does get along with other dogs her size with appropriate introductions and monitored/supervised interactions. We require a meet & greet to ensure all are compatible within the home in order to ensure success for Dolly and all involved.

This young girl was found in the area of N. 27 and Thumb Lake Rd north of Vanderbilt. No microchip and 2 collars (a regular and a flea collar). She is safe at the Otsego County Animal Shelter. Any information please call 989-705-7632
