IS IT TOMORROW YET?! 🛟😭❤️🩹
Tomorrow is the day we’ve been waiting for.
Tugboat is finally having surgery.
For weeks, this sweet boy has been living in a body that hurts him. He’s watched the other dogs run and play while his world has been a playpen, soft beds, bones and toys—because his broken body simply couldn’t do the things a puppy should be doing.
And somehow, through all of it, Tugboat has never stopped being Tugboat. ❤️
He still gives kisses. He still gets excited to see us. He still wags his tail. He still looks at us with those big sweet eyes like everything is going to be okay.
Tomorrow, we get to start making that true.
Tomorrow isn’t just surgery day. It’s the beginning of getting Tugboat out of pain. The beginning of healing. The beginning of hopefully standing stronger, taking more steps and eventually getting to experience all the puppy things he’s been missing.
We’re nervous. We’re emotional. But more than anything, we are SO ready for this boy to finally get the relief he has been waiting weeks for.
You’ve waited long enough, Tug. Tomorrow is your day. 🛟❤️🩹
