Wednesday, July 29, 2026 our doctor will not be available after 11AM. She will return Friday AM. There will still be staff if you need to schedule an appointment, speak with a technician or pick up a medication that was previously requested. We will be closing at 4 PM on Wednesday and Thursday July 29 and 30, 2026.
Wednesday, August 5, 3026 and Thursday, August 6th, 2026 will be the same.
Please plan accordingly. Thank you.

Important Clinic Notice: Upcoming Schedule Changes. Please be aware of our temporary schedule adjustments for the upcoming week.

On Wednesday, July 29, 2026, the doctor will be leaving early at 11:00 AM, and there will be no doctor on site on Thursday, July 30, 2026. Normal hours will resume on Friday, July 31, 2026 after 10 AM. If you require a prescription refill, please call 440-998-3598 before the doctor leaves on Wednesday morning or delay your request until Friday, July 31, 2026, after 10:00 AM. Our support staff will remain in the office during regular hours to assist with scheduling appointments and handing out existing medication refills.

Please note that any prescriptions intended for pickup during this period must be called in no later than Tuesday, July 28, 2026.

In case of a medical emergency while the doctor is away, please contact Family Companion Animal Care Center for urgent care at 440-413-5414 in Mentor, Ohio, or reach out to Metropolitan Veterinary Hospital in Highland Heights at 440-673-3483 for 24/7 emergency care.

Happy July 4th weekend! Please stay safe. We will have limited hours and will not have a doctor on Friday, July 3rd and will be closed on Saturday, July 4th. If you should have an emergency, please call Metropolitan in Highland Heights at 440-673-3483. Please enjoy your holiday weekend safely!

On Friday July 3rd, 2026, we will be closing early so our staff can enjoy the holiday. We will be open from 9-12 for prescriptions to be picked up, appointment scheduling requests or questions with a technician. Please call any prescriptions you may need before 4 PM on Thursday.
On Saturday July 4th, 2026 we will be closed for the holiday.
