Meet Flora (Flo)
💜Flora is an absolute sweetheart—gentle, loving, and oh so timid. Once she feels safe and gets to know you, she blossoms into an affectionate companion who thrives on attention and connection. With the right person by her side, Flora has the potential to become an incredible dog.
💜She’s come a long way in her foster home. To help her build confidence, I introduced a second foster dog, and the difference has been amazing—she truly flourishes around other dogs and loves to play. Because of this, she would do best in a home with a confident canine friend to show her the ropes.
💜Flo is about 90% housebroken, with only occasional accidents. She is crate trained and views her crate or chosen safe space as her comfort zone, especially when she feels overwhelmed.
💜She can be nervous around new people, loud noises, and quick movements. While she has never shown any signs of aggression, her shy nature makes her better suited to a calm, patient home—preferably without small children.
💜Flora is looking for someone who will be gentle, understanding, and committed to helping her come out of her shell. With time and love, she will reward you with trust, loyalty, and the sweetest face kisses.
