We are upset that this post needs to be made.....
One of the days this week, we had 5 No call No show appointments with one groomer...... 5.... When the groomers are paid on commission, they lose out on that income from those grooms and nail trims. If you are unable to make your appointment, please give us a call. We are booking out 6+ weeks and have a long wait list of clients trying to get their pets in for grooming.

Going forward, We will be enforcing our No-Call, No-Show fee.
1st offense- $25
2nd offense- the full amount of the missed groom will be owed to Blue Ribbon Kennels. If the full amount is not paid we will terminate all future grooming services for said dog and client.

We will be hosting Up North Wellness Center for a Chiropractic visit on May 31st! If you are interested in having your pet adjusted please let us know by May 23rd at 4pm and we will get the paperwork over to you at that time! Only a few openings available!
