Update
Ride order paperwork and money was due to be postmarked Aug 7th completed and mailed on the 5th with confirmation that it was delivered on the 6th!

Arm band money and any returned arm bands were stated to be postmarked Aug 14th.
These are ready to go to post office in the am which meets the 14th deadline given.

Rest assured all paperwork and money will make in by the deadline set forth.

UPDATE:
Sorry this was my confusion we have announced 4pm at the saddle club i will be at the club and we will plan to get started when everyone’gets there between 4pm and 4:30.
Sorry for any miss understanding

Need current coggins
Money for classes 7$ per class cash or check
Information on any golfcart, ATV you plan on bringing.
NO RAZORS allowed.
I also have weekend arm bands for 10$ in advanced.

I will have a copy machine to make copies of coggins if needed.

2025 State Show information to know:

Please add what you are paying for on a note card and include the name the stalls and campsite should be reserved under. The form of payments accepted are: checks, cashier checks, and or money orders paid to TSCA. Must be mailed and postmarked by Aug 1st.

Campsites and Stalls are $65 each. However, campsites cost depends on Amp svc:

If using a 50 amp svc for camping price is $85.00
30 amp svc is $65.00. This price is for Thursday-Monday at noon camping.

If you plan on arriving Wednesday after 3pm it's an additional $20.00 for Wednesday camping per site.
Again, MUST be postmarked by Aug 1st.
