When your training dogs anything can be a training opportunity. While teaching Tuck, darta decided to place instead. I took this opportunity to work on her "puppy push ups and standing on a smooth surface. As a police dog in training it is important she learn lots of different positions and surfaces to be successful in the field.
Also, we do not normally let dogs on the coffee table, this is an invite while training only thing when at home. On searches she has to know its okay to get on furniture of all kinds.
