We are trusting in this peace bird!! This beautiful bird showed up at our feet tonight following Cohen and I around the farm and finally went to sleep on the roof of our house. Maybe we will see you in the morning!

We were fortunate enough that no animals were lost in our own fire last year, but the trauma of the event will be something that we live with the rest of our lives. The community support that we had was a jumpstart to getting back on our feet and because of that, I will always ask my own community to continue supporting others that are dealing with similar events.
