Kula Urban Farm The Kula Urban Farm is a social enterprise by Interfaith Neighbors. Urban farm in the city of Asbury Park, NJ.

We provide job-training opportunities, workshops, school visits, farm to table dinners and free vegetables to those in need. Growing hydroponically in a smart greenhouse and cultivating a community garden on empty lots. Local restaurants are welcomed to inquire about produce sales, you ask we grow it. The public is welcomed on Fridays during opening hours. Produce can be bought via the online store and breakfast and lunch are served next door in the Kula Cafe.

Come join us for a Tai Chi and Yin Jin Jing Qigong class.

Saturday morning, July 25, from 10:00 to 11:15 AM at the Kula pavilion. This is a monthly class, usually held on the last Saturday of the month.

Learn about using meditation and movement to cultivate health throughout your life’s journey. It’s a perfect way to improve your balance, strengthen your legs, and increase your flexibility.

Over time, Tai Chi can also ease your breathing and improve your posture. It can even extend your longevity! And most importantly, it’s fun! All are welcome, no experience necessary.

The class is $20.- to reserve a spot, any proceeds will benefit the Kula Farm.

David Frome, of Frome Physical Therapies is a physical therapist, acupuncturist, and Advanced Rolfer®, he has been practicing holistic physical therapy for over 30 years and has been studying and teaching tai chi for the past two decades.
