**PLEASE READ Full rundown on how our trade days/swaps work this will answer a lot of the questions we get**

• You have to come out and reserve a space; in person reservations only.
• We do not start allowing reservations until the week of the swap. We cannot reserve spaces for you!!
•We allow people to come from 8 am to 7 pm Wednesday and Thursday, and 8 am until 10 pm SHARP on Friday then starting again 4 am Saturday until 7:30 SHARP.(we recommend coming before Saturday morning if able due to high traffic)
• There will be no vendor entry passed 8am on the day of event.
• Please be patient when coming out to reserve, we will get to you when we are available.
• You MUST pay for and mark spot appropriately to ensure your spot for Saturday. (Signs,stakes and tape, ext.)
• You are more than welcome to camp out Friday night as long as your belongings stay inside your spot, and you have reserved as space before 10 pm
• $20 PER 12’x26’ space, you can reserve more than once space. CASH ONLY
• Our feed store is opened the day of sale & we have a staff member inside to assist.
• All animals need proper shade, feed and water throughout the day of event.
• ALL pets must stay inside secure cages or on leashes, NO EXCEPTIONS
• No ATV’s, golf carts, bikes, one wheels, electric scooters or any other vehicles are allowed during sale (excluding medical scooters)
• No sales in the parking lot under any circumstances.
• There is a $5.00 CASH ONLY parking fee that will be collected as you enter our parking lots. Vehicles without parking passes due to be towed at owners expense.
• PLEASE listen and respect our staff members when assisting with parking lots, there is plenty of parking but we need cooperation to ensure it goes smoothly, absolutely NO parking on paved roads for any reason.
•There is handicapped parking that will have signs, you MUST have a handicap sticker to park in these areas. You will be towed otherwise


** We understand that we have alot of vendors that travel from Long distances, but we do not offer pre-reservation, you have to reserve in person.**

Please reach out to a staff member wearing our bright orange or yellow shirts if you are in need of any assistance, we are there to help. We ask that you remember to stay safe, respectful, and kind at all of our events. Our staff members work hard to put things together, and we will not tolerate rudeness at any point; you will be asked to leave.
