The Royal Pet Resort & Spa is a realization of a vision that began over 15 years ago. A vision that started:
In a 2,000 square foot shopping center retail space. With a pet named Scooby, our very first daycare dog. Through the relationships we have built, and the feedback and support we have received, the Royal Pet Resort & Spa was born.

Meet Stephanie! (Feat. one of her absolute favorite daycare girls, Woodie Kate)
Stephanie's journey started with RPR back when we were all in one shared building with our hospital! She worked over there for 2 years, and was there when our Resort was built and opened! She returned to the Resort back in 2022 and the rest is history. Stephanie's role here at the Resort is our amazing Kennel Manager. Stephanie is truly the backbone of our Kennel Team! She is always there to offer guidance and support for her team! Stephanie has 2 pets of her own, Kiwi, an adorable Beagle and Gnocchi, a Blue Russian cat. Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys going antiquing and trying new food. Her favorite part about the Resort is not only the dogs, but also the amazing team she gets to work alongside. Way to go Stephanie! We are so lucky to have you managing our Kennel team! 💜🐾

Happy Labor Day!
We’ll be closed on Monday, September 1st to celebrate the holiday, but our resort will still be buzzing with royal care for your pups! 👑🐾

This is our monthly daycare pawty, but since we’ll be closed on Labor Day, we’re moving September’s celebration to the second Monday of the month.

Meet Chase! (feat. sweet Ruby 💕)
Chase has been with the Resort for 2 months and is one of our outstanding Kennel and Daycare Attendants. Chase has 3 dogs of his own: Apollo, a Beagle mix; Louis, a German Shepherd/Chihuahua mix; and Shelbie, a Bloodhound mix. What an amazing trio! Outside of work, Chase enjoys DJing and music production. Chase’s favorite part about working at the Resort is all the connections he’s made with the dogs so far and seeing their excitement when they get out to play. Chase started with a bang! He provides such amazing support for his team and connects so well with the dogs. He is actually our current Employee of the Month! Way to go Chase! We are so excited to have you on the team! 🐾💜

Meet Mari! (Feat. Cookie 🍪)
Mari has been with the Resort for 2 months and is one of our amazing Kennel and Daycare Attendants. Outside of work, Mari loves running and staying active with sports like volleyball and basketball. One of Mari’s favorite parts of the job is getting to meet so many different breeds and learning what makes each one unique. He is especially interested in understanding their personalities and breed-specific quirks; we think he has already picked up on so much in a short time! Way to go Mari! We are so happy to have you on the team 💜🐾

Meet Victoria! (Feat. her favorite daycare cutie, Nandi💕)
Victoria has been with the Resort for 3 months and is one of our amazing Seasonal Attendants. Victoria has a sweet fur baby of her own, a chihuahua named Luna. Outside of work, Victoria enjoys getting creative, shopping, and spending time outdoors, especially swimming and soaking up the sun. Victoria chose to work at the Resort to gain skill in animal care and make a meaningful impact. She most enjoys getting to be a part of the dogs’ journey here, whether they’re here for a fun day of play or an overnight stay. In the future, Victoria plans to study at the University of Arkansas for Civil Engineering. How cool is that! Way to go Victoria! We are so happy to have you on our Summer team! 💜🐾

Meet AK! (Feat. Woodie Kate, one of AK’s favorite daycare girls.)
AK worked at the Resort back in 2020 and came back to rejoin the team in January. AK is one of our amazing Senior Kennel Techs, but not for long, as she is on her way to join our incredible Kennel Lead crew! AK has a few pets of her own: a sweet Pit Bull named Rem, a Husky named Koda, and a Calico cat named Olive. Outside of work, AK enjoys attending concerts and spending time with family. AK is just about the funniest person you could meet; she does such a great job keeping the Resort fun for both the employees, and of course, the dogs! AK’s favorite part about working here is welcoming back dogs she knew from her earlier time with us and strengthening those lasting bonds. Way to go AK! We are so happy to have you on the team 💜🐾
