Yes, it does indeed say: 2 a.m. Finally, when twenty inches of snow falls, Elsie must get exercise. So, bundling like the artic yeti, we go for our walk; I mean, penguin waddle. We are open 24/7/365 and are climate-controlled. Our facility will offer a small dog and large dog area, both with agility elements. We are also constructing a Private Room for those anti-social dogs or for those who want to book a birthday paw-ty!
