We want to extend a massive thank you to our Shelton PD, CT DEEP, and Good Samaritans that helped our animal control officer safely capture a dalamatian that was seen dumped and evaded. This dog was terrified running and in a dangerous area of River Road in the location of the 600s. If you have any information on who owned this dog please call us 203-924-2501. This dog is NOT currently available for adoption.

Meet Lucky

Lucky is a 5 year old unaltered MALE Lab/Pit mix that is in need of a new home URGENTLY

He is not with the shelter, but we are assisting his family spread the word so he can find his Happily Ever After. Lucky is good with children & other animals he has come in contact with.

This dog was first seen last night on 5/9/26 and ran off into the woods. Today, she was safely contained by a Good Samaritan in Seymour.
