Updated Policies:

No shows:
My no show policy has always been lenient, I try to be understanding however holding an appointment on my books often times means not having time for a client who really wants to get in. It’s a missed opportunity to earn, and a missed opportunity to serve. So for furture appointments No shows will be charged $25 per dog. Which has to be prepaid when booking.

Pick up times:
Pick ups are notified by calls or text. I will allow a 1 hour grace period. After that there will be a 20$ an hour fee added to the groom. Unless prior arrangements have been made.

PLEASE DO NOT COME IN SALON TO PICK UP YOUR DOG UNLESS I HAVE NOTIFED YOU THAT THEY ARE READY. Coming in before the dog is ready and or coming in standing to watch your dog getting groomed disrupts your dog or another dog's groom which can be a safety hazard in many cases.

Okay folks, my fabulous vacation is over and Kellys Grooming will be back to normal business hours. Monday to Thursday, we're talking 8 am till im pooped. 🤣🤣
