AOTC FRIENDS! We are in the process of updating the club web site, and are looking for some new photos that represent a variety of disciplines:

1) Representative pics of dogs in action in the sports AOTC offers classes: Confirmation, Scentwork, Rally, ATT/CGC etc.

2) Also looking for club members participating in other AKC recognized disiplines where AOTC does not specifically offer classes (ie, Barn Hunt, Fast Cats, NADD, Therapy Dogs, etc)

For each category, looking for a combination of different dogs, some "awards" shots but moreso in action do in the activity.

Please email photos to raenalex @ hotmail.com (asap) or FB message it. For anything submitted, you must own the rights or have permission for the club to be able to use it on the web site, and your submission signifies agreement as such. :)

Our Story

The Anderson Obedience Training Club, Inc has offered obedience classes to the public since 1944. Our classes are structured to teach pet owners “HOW TO TRAIN and GAIN CONTROL” of their dog. Our instructors have experience in training their own dogs, and different breeds, attending workshops to maintain and improve their skills in obedience training. We also have members who are approved to judge American Kennel Club Licensed Events.

The Anderson Obedience Training Club, meets every Tuesday, from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM. Classes are held in the Indiana National Guard Armory, 125 S. Scatterfield Rd., Anderson, IN. Classes offered for Kindergarten Puppy Training/American Kennel Club S.T.A.R. puppy classes and Beginners Basic/American Kennel Club Canine Good Citizen (CGC) classes and enrolls classes every 5 weeks. The club also offers advanced training in AKC Obedience, AKC Rally, AKC Scent Work, and AKC Trick Dog classes. The Anderson Obedience Training Club also has eligible AKC Family Dog ( S.T.A.R. Puppy, CGC, CGCA, Urban, and etc.) evaluators who can administer the testing for the AKC Family Dog titles. Public is invited (without their dogs) to visit the classes any Tuesday evening.
