We kindly request that you reschedule your dog's appointment while you are here, as accommodating dogs on short notice can be challenging for us. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. We value all of our customers and appreciate your cooperation. Please note that a reschedule fee will be applied if you have missed more than one appointment. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but a simple text or phone call is greatly appreciated, as it allows us to fill the spot and accommodate our waiting list of customers. Our groomers rely on a consistent schedule to ensure their income, and no-shows can result in lost revenue. We do not make reminder calls due to our limited staff, and instead provide appointment cards with each reschedule.
